Most of the computers in my collection were actually free, including Apple 
IIe's & IIGS, BBC Micro Model B, VIC-20, C64, Amiga 500's, 1000, 3000, 
several TRS-80 Model I's and EI, Model 4P, System-80, Sord M23 & Coco 2 & 3. 
Most of those I obtained around 5-10 years ago.

I've only paid for a handful; Atari 130XL, 1040STE, Amiga 1200, Acorn 
Archimedes, 2nd BBC Micro - all in the last few years.
