I agree. Technically speaking, few things are any rarer than before. In
fact, it's the opposite. Thanks to sites like eBay, there's more access to
this stuff than ever before. The problem in the past few years is that the
popularity of collecting for vintage computers and consoles has increased
dramatically, creating a more competitive pool of bidders, plus bidders who
all have easy access to the same stuff. You can still get the occasional
great deal, but regularly getting them is a different story.
