Yea I know… Looked up a data sheet.  Do not know much about PAL/GAL ICs.  The file posted has 16x32 lines. So can we assume that shows the first 16 rows and a 1 is a connection?  Does that mean the remaining lines are untouched?

Also the information posted the 16 row is missing a digit
