[Coco] Vcc 1.4.3b and DW4 Installation Guide

Xroar's autor has been working on a Coco 3 emulator. I don't know if he gas done any actual coding for it yet. Given the job he did on Xroar, I would love to see him put out a Coco 3 version.

Thanks, what we need is a version of Xroar that emulates the CoCo 3, now that 
would be fantastic.

Please try placing this .exe in your VCC installation directory (same
place vcc.exe lives) and double clicking to start.  F11 will either
work now, or at least give a much more useful error message that will
help me fix it.  Fullscreen is working on my Win 8.1 x64 dev box and a
Win 7 VM.

Vcc on WinVista about 4-6 hours a day and only have a few problems which are not 
"windows" related but more of "unfinished" Vcc problems mostly dealing with 
memory management and graphics handling. Joseph (Vcc author) stated this himself 
when he was still posting at Coco3.com. He said he hadn't quite finished the 
Gime emulation and with some intense uses, it may fail. The "average" Coco 
program will never see these problems. I only see them when playing around with 
low-level graphics and system calls in NitrOS9.
