I always cringe a bit when I see these kinds of mods done to working
hardware. I used to follow the mini-ITX scene, and I loved the cleverness
of it, but I also always respected most the people who made sure to use
already dead boxes to convert. A dead case is usually cheaper anyway, you
just run the risk that the bits you still want like the keyboard might not
work and will have to be replaced.
