[Coco] CoCo 3 I/O map

Color basic is not in the top 8k of the internal rom on the coco3. It occupies the 2nd quarter starting from the bottom. The upper 8k maps to e000-ffff in rom mode. Of course the fexx page and the io page shadow the to 512 bytes. Except for the interrupt vectors that is.

In short, what appears at bffx in the rom map is not mapped to the interrupt vectors on the coco3.

Since the CoCo 3 HAS no Color Basic ROM, apart from Color Basic's
representation as the top 8K of the 32K internal ROM, doesn't it amount to
the same thing?
