The "nos96809l2v030300coco3_dw_headless.dsk" is what you are looking for. Do NOT use the "nos96809l2v030300coco3_becker_headles.dsk" as this is for the emulators not the real Coco.

Probably I was looking at the wrong places, but did not find any
downlodable nitros-9 images for a 6809 cpu coco-3.
Found references to 'nos9-6809l2-headless' but no images.
