[Coco] NON-GAME Coco cartridges

I now see from looking at the MYDOS docs at
https://archive.org/details/MyDOS_1987_Hawksoft that a mistake has been
made in labelling the files in the list database.   A copy of Extended
ADOS-3 that has been configured to show the name MYDOS in its title screen
has been mislabeled in the data files as Hawksoft's product MYDOS, which is
entirely different.  That's why the MYDOS command LCASE gave a syntax error.
