[Coco] Question about telnet control codes for the Coco3

Ya I remember OS9Term, it supported vt1xx codes on ANSI.  In current form, unless Aaron changes things is that /T* descriptors support no cursor or window handling.  They are just straight in/out character based on standard ASCII xfer. Other things have to be supported by client.

  I don’t remember that other vu code Curtis, I have only used the cwarea (i think) code I use now.
