[Coco] Copy a file from a DW4 virtual disk to a windows directory

Found  Luis's cocodskutil , but it crashed all the time.
OTOH imgtool-os9.exe extractd the dirs and files ok.
Guess these are my LR-Tech HD controller's and Super Board's
driver source files, mixed up a bit with te binaries. 
Hope to restore these properly with hdkit.
