[Coco] Copy a file from a DW4 virtual disk to a windows directory

I don't think there is any way to do that in DriveWire itself.

The content of image files DW (and VCC, mess, xroar etc) understand can be
accessed from Windows using the toolshed utilities or with Luis's
cocodskutil or with the imgtool utility from MESS.  Links to most of those
are in the utils list on cococoding.com if you don't have them.

Another option is to run the httpd server in nitros9, which lets you then
browse the os9 filesystem using a web browser and download files that way.
Read only in that case, the other options are read/write.
