[Coco] 5-1/4″ DS DD 80 track drive, 300 RPM mod

Found lots of Coco emulators.
https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=coco+emulators 
All seem to require an ECB or ECDB image, but none them offers it.
My setup is a PC, it has a floppy controller, 
the bios recognizes only ONE drive, 3.5" or 5.25".
4 GB ram, 2TB HD, running Windows-7.
Which one should I chose to do what I need to do?
