"Auto-translate with Bing" (right click after highlighting the description
in IE) got me this:

32 in 1 - multi module for Dragon 32 and Dragon 64 computer (Dragon data
Ltd.
This module is an in-house development for collectors and lovers of Dragon
computers of the early 1980s.

32 ROM programs (2 k, 4 k or 8 k) for the Dragon 32/64 computers can be
placed in the four supplied EPROM modules. The selection of the desired
program on the multi module via a rotary knob and a slide switch. The
selected program number is shown on the display. The respective program
starts automatically.

The EPROMS are delivered in an empty, not programmed condition.

ROM files for Dragon and the largely compatible Tandy Color computers can be
found on various Dragon-archive pages for collectors and fans of this
computer on the Internet.

Note: it only the programs that have been delivered at the time as a ROM
module, no cassettes or floppy disk programs work.

Users should as far as possible through a EPROM programmer (for 27 C 512)
and a fire extinguisher will have to load the module from time to time with
other ROM files.

Very handy, no hassle download, no floppy or cassette recorder necessary -
plug in, switch on ready.

(Please ask, if you want to know more about this module.)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note the suggested use of a fire extinguisher, always a good idea with
obscure eBay purchases.

(Okay, it's possible an EPROM eraser would have been the correct
translation.)
