[Coco] NitrOS9 build errors

Everybody, thanks for all your input! It seems there is motivation and
commitment to make NitrOS-9 better than ever. Please don't be shy to
"spam" the bug tracker and feature request tracker, many things get
mentioned here and some of it would otherwise fall through the tracks
for then to only to come back a few years later with added
frustration. Bonus points if you add a link to relevant mail threads
(from the archive i.e. <http://five.pairlist.net/pipermail/coco/>),
and eternal karma if you add a patch with explanations.
