On a COCO1 or COCO2?  I thought they always had ROM and when you ran
NitrOS9 you just got to use whatever RAM you had.  Thus my idea was
to replace the BASIC ROM that isn't being used with all the kernel
and driver stuff (and maybe even a few often used commands) and
leave all the RAM for user stuff.
