[Coco] nitros9 development now in *default" branch of repo

Dear all nitros9 builders,

The lwtools-port repository branch has now been imported into the
default branch of the nitros9 mercurial repository and is now history.
Please switch to the default branch to follow and participate in
nitros9 development:

hg pull
hg update default

I have updated the build instructions in the wiki accordingly.
