[Coco] nitros9 floppy to/from .dsk image

Thanks for all the info.  Things I didn't think of.  I will go back to 
the manual and do some reading.  I am so used to using the canned 
scripts for making boot disks, i've forgotten what is really going on!  :-)

I like the idea of a nitros9 dd utility.
