[Coco] Why hasn't anyone developed an android based CoCo emulator?

It's too difficult to configure and it cannot recognize the tablet's gyroscope either and apparently one needs to download the CoCo BASIC ROM too so it's a. pretty clumsy emulator but thanks anyway
