Explanation... My original user e-mail (support at franklinlabs.com) was an e-mail
alias. Network Solutions changed their e-mail policies to not allow return
addresses as aliases. This allowed them to charge for extended e-mail addresses.

P.M. and he worked with me to fix most of the problems. Unknown to me, Network
solutions also changed their filter policies which made my return e-mail (i.e.
CoCo posts) get trashed. I had to post a few messages to be sure my new filters
were working correctly. I could not have done this by using a yahoo account. As
there is no testing area on this board I had no choice. I tried to keep it to a
minimum and I was done until this thread expanded by complaints.

So, this thread should be closed and everyone, please move on. There's nothing
to see here.
