[Coco] CoCo SDC Manual

Hey everyone,

Since almost the first day I had my CoCo SDC, Darren and I have been 
collaborating  on a manual for the CoCo SDC.
While not complete, due to tall of the recent questions, Darren and I 
agreed we should probably release what we has. Operation wise, I think 
most issues are covered in the manual.
Some things, like the SDF file format, have yet to be written - as well 
as general proof reading...
