[Coco] Ebay IC's quality

I seriously doubt eBay has anything to do with it unless you consider
the fact they have been around long enough for this sort of thing to
happen.
Reviews and reports of scammers and such have always been effective on
eBay. However, it isn't easy as, any time you report someone, you need
some evidence of your claim.
I've seen the pricing thing on other, non-electronics related items. I
constantly watch the listings for old BMW motorcycle parts and just
recently, I have seen junk, with asking prices soar to almost as high as
parts currently available new from BMW. This tells me it's a trend and
in time, those folks realize it isn't a good idea as, folks just don't
pay the prices and others that buy junk, get their money back if they
try hard enough.
I don't like it but have to sort through the scrap stuff to find the
good stuff at reasonable prices....too much clutter!!!

Caution is the keyword and reviews are important. Also look at their
total sales.
