[Coco] Emulating a 1980 4K CoCo on PC

Nope. VCC is a Coco3 only emulator and the Vavasour set is either Coco2 64K or 
Coco3.

Is there a specific reason why you need to force 4K of RAM? Maybe there is a 
better way to handle whatever problem you have.
