[Coco] SCSI -> CompactFlash?

I seem to recall there was a SCSI->CompactFlash adapter that industrial computers were using as SCSI hard drives went obsolete.

My MM/1 never had a real hard drive — I used an Iomega ZIP drive and a SyQuest EZ135 drive.

If I want to get my MM/1 going again, I do not want to use either of those.

Anyone know of any solutions? There appears to be some made for musical instruments ($250 price range) but I am not sure if they could be used stand-alone as a generic SCSI hard drive.

Thanks.
