You probably should transfer all your floppies to DSK images using your 
old floppy controller and HBD-DOS.

Having a backup of all your disks stored on a PC/Mac hardrive is always 
a good idea anyway.

Then, copy them to an SD card for your SDC controller to use.

Simple really.
