[Coco] 4K Coco 1 Color Basic Programming Contest

Yeah, the lack of Edit means I will probably not be writing native. I will have to write one something with extended and just not use the commands.

PEEK worked for me though. I think that card is wrong, and also missing some commands like SET for putting pixels on the screen.

I don't expect a deadline any earlier than CoCoFEST, really.
