[Coco] CoCo 2 Factory Composite Video RE'd

Allen,

I put together an excel sheet to aid in font creation.  It allows you to create a font
in a visual fashion with the result of an Intel HEX code listing of the 2k rom for the 128 ASCII
character set.

The board will use a 16k rom enabling 8 different character sets to be selected by dip switch.
