[Coco] CoCo 2 Factory Composite Video RE'd

Hi Rogelio,

I want to run a second revision through OSH Park and check it 
out (I had to apply 1 patch to the proto where I missed a connection).

Then I can have pcb’s made / assemble units for those that want them.

So around 4-6 weeks probably to be shipping finalized boards.
