I took a look at Vcc, Color Computer 3 Emulator - CoCo 4 http://www.coco4.com/vcc/index.shtml and the NitrOS-9 download offered says Preinstalled Hard disk image Nitros9 Ver 3.2.8.

(If it has been done I hope a better job was done than for Nitros9 Ver 3.2.8.)
