[Coco] Suggestions for a simple disk based text editor?

Note the cheat-sheet isn't anywhere near everything it can do, just
what *I* needed it to do in the course of everyday editing. Again,
someone else will have to scan the manual -- I can mail them a
physical copy but don't have scanner.
