You may note that he said "Extended Color Basic 2.0" not "Disk Extended 
Color Basic 2.0". That is not the same thing. He doesn't have a disk 
controller plugged in.

Extended Color Basic 2.0 is the latest (and only) version for the Coco3. 
The usual Disk ROMs will show up as "Disk Extended Color Basic 2.0" and 
"Disk Extended Color Basic 2.1".
