[Coco] Radio Shack 26-3022 FD controller mod

This controller may need 12V to work properly.
I haven’t got a Coco-1, and don't have an MPI either.
When plugged into the Coco-3 directly, the command: 
'dir 0' and 'dir 2' spins up the first drive,
'dir 1' and 'dir 3' spins up the second drive.
The switch setting makes no difference.
