[Coco] [coco] Set clock in basic09

I'm about to bring one of my cocos out to monitor my old mechanical 
clock's timekeeping abilities. However, the clock chip.. and I can't 
remember what the part number is but, it's called  "SmartWatch".
  It doesn't keep perfect time but it is consistent.  I know how to use 
a timed event to call a program but, I don't know how to use "Setclk" 
from a basic program.
  Is this clear as mud?

  Can someone assist me with this problem?
