[Coco] /NIL device

[Bill Nobel]

Your welcome guys, Curtis and myself started disassembly of OS-9 with disasm and ded. Then used kwikgen to build the initial Nitros-9 test boots. We got the main boot and kernel working first, then built the rest slowly afterwards when Wes and Alan came on board.
