[Coco] Tiva-C Series Launchpad on CoCo

That board is nice, and powerful, I only don't like the GPIO pins layout,
sparse around the board.
It should have a more standard connector for the GPIO - like a 40 pin
connector - IDE type for example. That configuration would make it look
better and connect better with other devices.
