[Coco] CP/M emulator for OS9/6809

Boot your coco in OS-9 Level 2. Suppose you use your CoCoSDC. So you mount
os-9 image on drive 0 and games.os9 on drive 1. After doing DOS to boot up
os-9 do:

cd /d1
/d1/cpm hitchhike.com

simple as that. you can copy the /d1/cpm to /d0/cmds as:

copy /d1/cpm /d0/cmds/cpm

then you don't need to include the drive path anymore. Only do a:

cpm zork1.com
