Hi, Maybe you can make an auto response to each mail that comes in. In that you can advertise for any event, and with the right links, people can click and find details. 



Most mail handling software have this option onboard, just make a file with your text, save it as, file.rtf and look into your settings of your mail software how to set up auto response and type in the path to the file you made. Now when a mail comes in, the sender gets a mail back, with the message that was in your file.rtf.

Thank you for helping to get the word about the fest out! I know that the old 8bit
computers are getting popular again and I find it hard to believe there isn't "untapped"
interest in the Coco!!
