[Coco] Having fun with hacking HDB-DOS

Studying IDE code. For now I'm going to ignore CHS/LBA and assume only
LBA exists. It seems I have to

a) Keep the init code for both hardwares;
b) Switch the EXECMD, SEND and SETUP entry points via an indirect jump;
c) Unique-ize labels that are the same for both IFDEF's (like HWRITE and HREAD)

This will take some time. Also, I don't have a IDE device with me yet
(but will in a few weeks, I hope).
