[Coco] Run .BIN directly in Coco3 emulator?

I've just realised I've forgotten everything I used to know about 
programming the GIME... I'm looking at code I wrote to configure the GIME 
registers several years ago, and I have no idea why it is that way! :(

Time to hit the books again! ;)
