[Coco] Drivewire and ADOS...

 Seems that someone used the image of the Coconet serial cable and
published it as it was a true DW cable. While you can run DW3 using this
cable I see 2 problems:

- This image could be copyrighted by Roger Taylor
- A true DW cable is simpler than that to make.
