[Coco] Really not understanding how to use DW

Ok, so everyone said go read the DW3 docs and do what they say but use DW4.

Here's what I do:

CLOADM:EXEC on CoCo which loads hdbcc2.wav

I get a boot screen that tells me HDB-DOS is loaded. On the DW4 I have nos96809l1v030209coco2_becker.dsk loaded into Drive 0.

I then type DOS. Then I get a screen that looks like this:
