[Coco] Blank PCB for EPROM-Based Cartridge

Cloud9 is already working on a nice Flash based product. There's no need to 
step on Mark's toes by trying to make a competitor.

The market is small enough as it is.

I just want a ROM Cartridge to mount a Drivewire ROM in for diskless 
systems. Or, a diagnostic ROM.

Or just stick with the original idea and make an EPROM board for
the COCO Cartridge slot.  I am sure there are people other than
me who would really like to have this and want the price to stay
low so that buying quantity doesn't become impossible.
