Chad, I can add to that list of advantages in DW4 over DW3

Turbo mode (double-speed)
HDBDOS Mode option
DW4 Midi Syth emulation
Access to low-level "ui" cmd set (was broken until 4.3.1g or h)
LOTS of bug fixes
Multiplatform/Single package !!
Mutli-machine selectability and compatability (Coco 1, 2 ,3, TCP & emulators, Atari/Liber09, Apple II with Suprserial and Coco FPGA

This is just the ones I can think of quickly, I know there are others :-)
None of my Coco programming projects will run on DW3 as they require the "ui" cmds and Midi.
I can't wait to try the Turbo mode to see if it takes some of the lag out the Midi throughput, it should :-)

Well "Mostly" HDBDOS/BASIC here, and I a couple of primary points that make
the jump from DW3 to DW4 advantagous...

*  Turbo mode (double-speed)
*  HDBDOS Mode option

This is true, and if you are only using BASIC, there isn't much reason to
use DW4 at all.
There are a few specific cases where you can do something in DW4 that
doesn't work in DW3, like Lyra for DW, but in general they are equivalent
for HDBDOS/BASIC use.
