Switching it back down to 57600 gives me the following...

Sun Sep 22 2013 23:01:56.703 WARN DWProtocolHandler dwproto-0-9
UNKNOWN OPCODE: 25
Sun Sep 22 2013 23:01:56.718 WARN DWProtocolHandler dwproto-0-9
UNKNOWN OPCODE: 33 !
Sun Sep 22 2013 23:01:56.921 WARN DWProtocolHandler dwproto-0-9
Timed out reading from CoCo in OP_FASTWRITE_10
Sun Sep 22 2013 23:01:56.921 WARN DWProtocolHandler dwproto-0-9
OP_FASTWRITE_10 took 203ms.

Do I need to select the swap bits?

For the CoCo2 you should set SerialRate=57600.
The server receives the turbo mode command at 57K and automatically
switches to turbo mode -113K/2 stop bits/flip output bits
