Set the following...
DetectDATurbo=true
DW3Only=False
HDBDOSMode=true
SerialRate=115200

Still IO ERROR with the following...

Sun Sep 22 2013 20:01:50.406  WARN   DWProtocolHandler   dwproto-0-10
Timed out reading from CoCo in OP_READEX
Sun Sep 22 2013 20:01:50.406  WARN   DWProtocolHandler   dwproto-0-10
OP_READEX took 250ms.
Sun Sep 22 2013 20:01:53.781  WARN   DWProtocolHandler   dwproto-0-10
Timed out reading from CoCo in OP_READEX
Sun Sep 22 2013 20:01:53.781  WARN   DWProtocolHandler   dwproto-0-10
OP_READEX took 266ms.

Changing any of the above settings results in "Invalid Opcode" errors or
hangs.. ugh

You need to set DetectDATurbo=true at the drivewire config menu (turn
advanced config on) so that he sever will respond to the HDBDOS request to
switch to turbo mode.
Also make sure that your cable is turbo mode compatible. Pins 1&2 on the
CoCo side should be connected.
