[Coco] New files available

It's been a while ... let me amend that...

After looking at files.bbs & rlist.bbs, both contain imbedded codes &
although most text editors with view them (although notepad doesn't
like them), they will only be seen in their 'full glory' via a
terminal emulator (don't ask me what settings as it's been about 15
years since I last ran the BBS).
As for desc.bbs, it's a plain old text file (again notepad is the
'only' text editor that doesn't display it right ... must be a CR,
CR/LF thing)
