[Coco] miniFLASH product

There was a company that used to make blank cartridge boards and cases. 
Everybody used to use them. We used them at Zebra Systems to make the 
Spectrum Voice Paks.

I'm sure they no longer make them.

Nobody is going to make enough of them today to make the tooling costs 
worthwhile. I would use a vacuformed case if I had to today. 3D printed 
cases would be too expensive.
