His .... ummm... well.... it's.... FLAMING PINK!!

And I thought my Coco 3 was the only Coco wearing a G-String..... LMAO

Looks similar to a normal CoCo's SCREEN 0,1 display (not normally
seen, since Basic resets it to SCREEN 0,0 whenever a character is
printed).  You can see it if you use a program:

10 CLS:   (print the test characters)
20 SCREEN 0,1
30 GOTO 30

(Oops, that was a comment.  Dang!)
