[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

For those interested, I have written a windows utility named EmuDisk for
managing Virtual Disks and Physical disks. It's loaded with features such as
a file viewer (ascii, images, and archive files are supported) and a hex
viewer. Drag and Drop virtual disks onto the app, or even drag and drop
files to/from virtual disks and windows. All major virtual disk image
formats are supported in both OS9 and RSDOS formats.
