While that one emulates the floppy drive, the one he is talking about 
emulates the floppy disk controller and drive.

While having a more limited market, the emulating both the controller 
and floppy is simpler and cheaper to do.  In my opinion, a better 
solution since the interface is cleaner and allows for faster transfer 
times.  (No delays from head/sectors seeks or clocking the bits around.)

Add an USB interface to the SD card, then a modern computer can run a 
Drive Wire type of system to server up files.  You now have a great CoCo 
IDE on a fast modern computer while running the test code on a REAL and 
unmodified CoCo system.
