FWIW, I got SWTPCEmu working in Wine again, this time under XUbuntu 
13.10, Wine 1.4.1 from the repo.  For whatever reason swtpcemu.exe 
doesn't get installed when you run setup.exe.  So I copied it from 
SWTPCemuMinimal.zip into ~.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Evenson Consulting 
Services/SWTPCemu/.  Then it worked.
